• During the "Early" registration period, there will be a €8 transaction fee per registration, co-author, listener, or additional paper.
• During the regular "Registration" period, there will be a €12 transaction fee per registration, co-author, listener, or additional paper.
• If your paper is accepted for presentation, we will send an online payment request to your registered email address. Detailed information will be provided via email.
• The Official E-mail Account of the GAP Conference is gapcongress@gmail.com . A team member will guide you through the processes.
Conference Rules
The language of the presentation will be Turkish and English.
- If a paper has more than one author, one registration will be enough to make presentations. The other authors can register as a co-author if they want. Registration of all authors is not compulsory. However, only registered participants can receive the Certificate of Attendance
- The certificates are only issued to the participants who present their research at the conference.
- The participants who present their research can only use publication opportunities.
- Cancellation of registration received before 1 January 2025 will be refunded less an administrative fee of 75 EUR. After that time no refund of registration fee will be paid.
Registration Fee Includes
- Online access to conference proceeding books (with an ISBN number). The book will be published in the following link: www.soberproceedings.com
- Online access to all conference sessions.
- Registration fee payment receipts (Invoice).
- An Official Certificate of Participation.
- A participation of research methods seminar in the partner academic organization. This information will be shared later.
